  1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the 21MXM website (21mxm.com). By placing an order, you (“Customer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

  1. Products โ€” What You Are Buying

21MXM sells digital art files as instant downloads only. No physical products, prints, frames, or merchandise are sold or shipped.

Each product consists of:

  • High-resolution digital image files (300 DPI, JPG format)
  • Multiple aspect ratio variants (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO/5ร—7, 11ร—14) included in a single download
  • A Size Guide document to help you select the correct file for your chosen print size

All artwork is exclusively created by 21MXM SRL. We are not affiliated with any brand, manufacturer, or third party depicted or referenced in any of our designs. All designs are original creative works.

  1. Ordering & Payment

Placing an order:
By clicking “Add to Cart” and completing checkout, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.

Pricing:
All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT (value-added tax). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Accepted payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay (subject to availability at checkout).

Payment security:
All payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party providers. 21MXM SRL does not store, access, or process card details directly.

Invoice:
A VAT-compliant invoice will be issued for each order and sent to your registered email address. The invoice will describe the sale as “Graphic Design Services โ€“ Digital Illustration.”

  1. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation:

  1. A download link will be sent to your registered email address immediately.
  2. The download link will also be accessible from your account dashboard under “My Downloads” (if you created an account).
  3. Your download contains all included files in a single ZIP archive.

Delivery is considered complete once the download link has been made available to you, regardless of whether you have accessed it.

We strongly recommend that you download and save your files immediately upon receipt. Download links may expire after a set period. If you experience any issues accessing your files, contact support@21mxm.com within 14 days of purchase.

  1. License & Permitted Use

Upon completed payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital files for the following purposes only:

Permitted uses:

  • Printing the artwork for personal display in your home, office, or private space
  • Gifting a printed copy to another individual (single print, non-commercial)
  • Using as personal device wallpaper or screensaver

Strictly prohibited uses:

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the digital files in any form
  • Offering the files (or derivatives) for free download to others
  • Printing and selling physical copies or prints
  • Using the artwork in commercial projects, advertising, merchandise, or promotional materials
  • Uploading the files to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Printify, Amazon Merch) without express written permission
  • Claiming authorship or ownership of the artwork

The licence granted is for personal use only. Ownership and all intellectual property rights in the artwork remain exclusively with 21MXM SRL.

  1. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Law (OUG 34/2014), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and where the customer has expressly consented to the immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before delivery begins.

By completing your purchase at checkout, you:

  • Explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital content
  • Acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download begins

Therefore, no refunds are offered after the download link has been accessed.

Exceptions โ€” we will issue a full refund if:

  • The files are found to be corrupted, broken, or unreadable
  • The delivered files do not match the product description
  • A technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above exceptions, contact us at support@21mxm.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Before downloading: If you change your mind before accessing the download link, contact us immediately at support@21mxm.com to request cancellation. We will process eligible cancellations promptly.

  1. Quality Guarantee

21MXM SRL warrants that all digital files:

  • Are delivered at the advertised resolution (300 DPI) and in the stated file formats
  • Are free from technical defects that would prevent normal use in standard image software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Preview, Windows Photos)
  • Match the product description and preview images shown on the product page

If you receive a defective file, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the file or offer a suitable remedy, in accordance with EU digital goods regulations (EU Directive 2019/770).

Please note: 21MXM SRL is not responsible for the output quality of third-party printers or printing services. Colour rendering may vary between monitors and physical prints. We recommend using the included Size Guide and printing on heavyweight matte or fine-art cardstock for best results.

  1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, website content, product descriptions, and other materials published on 21mxm.com are the exclusive intellectual property of 21MXM SRL or are used under valid licence.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any content from this website โ€” beyond the personal licence granted upon purchase โ€” constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Romanian Law 8/1996 on Copyright and Related Rights and applicable EU law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • 21MXM SRL’s total liability to any Customer for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
  • 21MXM SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or damage to third-party equipment.
  • 21MXM SRL is not liable for printing errors, colour inaccuracies, or quality issues arising from third-party print services or consumer printing equipment.
  • 21MXM SRL is not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including server outages, internet disruptions, or payment processor failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  1. Personal Data

Personal data collected during your purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at 21mxm.com/privacy-policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, European Union law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@21mxm.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to:

  • The competent courts of Romania (jurisdiction of the Seller’s registered address)
  • The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (EC ODR Platform): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
  • The Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro
  1. Changes to These Terms

21MXM SRL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at 21mxm.com/terms-and-conditions with the updated date clearly shown. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
