Is this a physical product?
No. All items at 21MXM are **digital downloads only**. No physical print or frame will be shipped to you. This allows you to get your art instantly and avoid shipping costs.
What files will I receive?
You will receive 5 high-resolution (300 DPI) JPG files in different aspect ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO/5×7, and 11×14). These allow you to print in almost any standard frame size.
Where can I find my files after purchase?
A download link will be sent to your registered email address. If you created an account, you can also find them under the “My Downloads” section of your profile.
Can I get a custom size?
Absolutely! If you need a specific size not covered by our 5 standard ratios, please message us at support@21mxm.com. We offer custom resizing free of charge.
What kind of paper should I use?
For a professional “gallery look,” we highly recommend using a heavyweight matte paper or a satin finish. Avoid glossy paper unless you specifically want a high-shine, reflective look.
Can I use these for my business or resale?
No. All artwork is for **PERSONAL USE ONLY**. You may print them for your home, office, or as a gift, but commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the digital files is strictly prohibited under copyright law.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you have any issues with the file quality or scaling, please contact us and we will ensure you are 100% satisfied.
Pro Tip:** For the 21MXM aesthetic, we recommend using heavyweight matte paper or fine-art cardstock.
