Our typical delivery time is calculated using this simple formula:
Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time
On average, it takes 2–5 business days to produce your order. Once fulfilled, shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, based on historical delivery data.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occasionally happen due to factors like:
File or design issues
Temporary stock shortages
Shipping delays (e.g., weather, failed delivery attempts, service disruptions)
We do our best to meet or beat the estimated delivery time for every order. If your order hasn’t arrived and 5 business days have passed since the estimated delivery date, feel free to reach out via email or chat — we’re here to help.
At 21MXM, we want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Important Notes:
Wrong or incomplete addresses: If the address you provide is incorrect or insufficient, the package will be returned. You’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost after confirming the correct address.
Unclaimed packages: If a package goes unclaimed and is returned, you’ll also be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Returns by choice: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size changes, except in Brazil, where customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning any items. Many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, so they may not be eligible for return under EU consumer protection laws.

Once your order is out for delivery, changes are no longer guaranteed. However, in some cases, the local postal service may still complete the delivery if the error is minor.
If the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. You’ll then have 30 days to confirm the correct address and cover the reshipping cost.
For any changes, email us right away at support@21mxm.com with your updated address and order number.
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

Not always. Some of our products are shipped separately to protect their shape and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For example, items like:
Posters and framed prints
Mugs and tumblers
Hats and other structured items
Additionally, if your order includes items produced in different facilities, they may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.
